Is it possible to set a default value for radio button custom fields in a request type?

I have a portal with several forms and I wanted to know if it is possible to set a default value for certain Yes/No questions (Radio button custom fields).
I don't want this field to be hidden, I know this option exists.
I want the field to appear in the form with "No" as default value and the reporter can change it only if necessary.

For example here: I want the default value to be NO and the reporter would have to change it only in case it is YES. If not he/she doesn't have to do anything.

HI Javier,

Are these actual Jira custom fields? Or are they just form fields? 

If Jira custom fields, then navigate to the field(s) - Settings > Issues > Custom fields

Search for the field(s) then click the 3 dots menu to the right side. 

Then select Default value and Contexts.

There you can set the default value.

I caution you about using defaults. I was forced by management to do that for a field and most users left the default even when they should have selected something else. It ruined the statistics we were gathering. Management told me to remove the default.
