Import Zoho Desk data to JSM?

What is the best way to import Zoho Desk data (including ticket comments + attachments) to Jira Service Management?

I see there used to be a Jira Importer tool, does that still exist?

There are third party migration services available but I would imagine there will be a cost associated with services such as this: https://app.help-desk-migration.com/

Your best bet may be to export to .csv from zoho and import via csv in Jira Service Management.
