How can I view Work-Management resources?

atsalolikhin December 14, 2024

In the community article https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Introducing-Jira-Smart-Chips-in-Google-Docs/ba-p/2454095 there is a link labeled Smart Links, <https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Work-Management/What-are-Smart-Links-and-how-to-use-them/ba-p/2353552>. When I try to follow that link, I get the error: Nothing to see here... You don't have sufficient privileges to view this page.

Is there any way for me to get access to the Work Management resources?

Hi @atsalolikhin and welcome to the Community!

The article that you mentioned in your original post and could not access is indeed in an archived collection. The second one you referred to in your second post does indeed explain what smart links are. There is also an article on smart links in Jira in support documentation that you can find right here, as well as one on smart links in Confluence.

Hope this helps!

Thanks! And do you have access to fix the original article?  :)
