How can I limit cards being moved if a checklist isn't completed?

I'd like to limit cards from moving one column to another when a checklist (our definition of done) isn't all checked off.

Is there a way I can enforce this?

Hi Corey,

Next-Gen projects do not support workflow validators as Classic projects do. Therefore it is not possible to block the transition (moving cards between columns). 

There is an open request to allow editing workflow in Next-Gen which you may want to vote and comment: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17434

In the meantime, the only way to block transition is to move to a classic project and use workflow validator.
