Copy option to one custom field from another (which event)

Hello,

I have 2 different custom fields (Select List-single choice type)- let's call them X and Y.

I would like that when I add a new option to field X, automatically this option will add to field Y.

Which event will catch it? so I can write script in listener.

If I understand correctly, you can see on these topics for correct copy value from 1 field to another with scripts. Out of the box, in UI Jira you cannot do it with custom fields.
