Charts within individual issues

I am trying to find a way to insert charts within an issue.

Something similar to what is available in confluence https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/wiki-markup-examples-for-chart-macro-294486584.html

All the documentation I have found for Jira seems to be around reporting on issues overall.

However, I am just after charts displayed within an issue - see attached mockup.

Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this?

JIRA doesn't really have any charting functionality in its editor.  It expects text to be, well, descriptions of the issue and things around that issue, not displaying numerical analyses of other data.

The best you can do, I think, is create your charts in Confluence and link to them, or attach them as images.
