Why are closed tickets in agile backlog?

Goodgame Studios

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Closed or resolved issues are appearing in the Scrum board backlog

We are using JIRA Agile 6.6.80 and in some agile boards the closed issues are still showing in the backlog even if the status closed is in the last "Done" column.

Any solutions for that?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Goodgame Studios

1 - add in workflow screen with resolution or add post-function "set resolution"

2 - add in filter for this board "AND resolution is not empty"

3 - use bulk function for change all old ticket (add resolution)

It is confusing, that we have to change many of general filter queries, because we have also some boards, where the official documentation works (Add the Closed status to the Done column).
