Can't find a few JIRA customfields when using the Rest API

Deleted user February 21, 2018

I am using the REST api on QlikView to pull in specific fields from a project. It was working fine until a few hours ago when a few customfields just stopped being loaded in. These fields definitely still exist in the JIra project and I can view them on JQL queries, but they just don't show up in my data load.

If I query just those missing fields, (fields = customfield_00001,customfield_00002) I don't get any errors, bu I end up with no fields and just the root and issues table.

I have 0 ideas on what could be causing this. Appreciate any help.

I am also facing the same issue.

Not able to see the Customfield dimension.

When i am checking for this attribute in Data base, Filed is available and is mapped with composite key.

Can some one please suggest how can i retrieve these type of fields. Appreciable any help.
