How do I turn off Opsgenie alerts temporarily?

Hello, I've been scouring the web, but I found a lot of old documentation and images about turning off alerts.

Does anyone know how to turn off Opsgenie alerts currently, in our year 2024.

*Opsgenie for Jira Service Cloud

In our instance it looks like we were able to disable the escalation policy temporarily, so that's what I did...

Hi @Aileen , I believe you can turn off the alert in service project and that will disable any further alert. Follow the below steps to disable Alert in a service project of JSM

Project setting -> Feature -> Under Operation section -> Alert (Click on toggle button to turn it off if it is already enabled)
