×Hi there!
I try to make custom field in the Software or Servicedesk with table, but can't find it, is it possible to make this field?
I use Cloud version of Jira. Thanks a lot!
There is no such table field in JIra.
That would be a question for Atlassian. I am just a user like yourself. You might reach out to them via feedback link in your instance. However, I think some details on how a table field type would even work for them to consider such.

Hi @Petr AST
Another option is consider is using a marketplace app. ProForma Lite can do tables as shown here. Lite is the free option (up to 3 forms) so that can give you a chance to test it as needed. You can use choice lists, drop downs or texts in the text box. In this example, it is choice lists. A paid version is also available as needed.
To be transparent, I am from the ProForma team.
Good luck with it.

I agree with @Petr AST. It would be preferable to add tables to issue types using a standard field type. For reference, it's also worth checking out this other community post on a similar topic.
Example use case
We use Jira Nextgen projects and follow a User Story flow, with acceptance criteria playing an important role. Our acceptance criteria are displayed in a table for easier readability.
To save time and improve consistency when creating new user stories, we use custom Issue Types (⚙ Project Settings > Issue types).
For Story, Task and Subtask issue types, we have created custom fields (mostly paragraph), where we write our default content. These appear by default in any new issue that's created.
When a paragraph custom field is added to an issue (for example, Acceptance Criteria), we use the rich text fields available to add default content. It's in this rich text drop-down menu where I would anticipate finding a Table option.
In our case, we use a table structure for acceptance criteria that follows the Given > When > Then convention. To create this at the moment, we use markdown.
It's a workaround for now, but I hope it helps you out @Petr AST
@Jack Brickey as an additional thing, perhaps you're also finding that tables are formatted as Markdown in the Jira apps (desktop and mobile) - when they should ideally be formatted for display like they are on the web. Could you point me to the best way to raise this as an issue for the Atlassian team?
