sla export to excel not showing

When I try to export issue an issue filter to CVS, the "time to resolution" SLA does not appear. The column is visible on the filter.

 

 The field is visible on a global context as well, and all the issues on the result set have it set

 This is on JSD 3.2.2

This isn't available at this time. Something to do with the format I think. JSD-361 seems to be tracking this suggestion you may want to comment/vote/track. In that ticket one user suggests using the Better Excel Plugin if that is an option for you.

If you export to HTML it will export the time to resolution field - then export that to Excel.  You will have to do a little clean up but you will get all of the fields.
