Hi Community,
I have set an automation rule in JSD, in which a POST will be sent to Opsgenie by Webhook every time when the status of a ticket in JSD changes. The payload is set to send the "Issue Data". The automation seems to run with no problem, I have validated the rule also before publishing it, no Errors!
The problem is on the Opsgenie's side - I think. Opsgenie can not parse the incoming data. Analyzing the logs shows all the JIRA Issue data like fields are parsed as "null".
Example:
_incomingData
_parsedData
Can someone please guide me on this issue?
The original use case is: to change an Alert Status in Opsgenie based on the Ticket Status Change in JSD.
