is this the most user unfriendly application/program you have ever used?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: How to find your Support Entitlement Number (SEN)

We would like to do is find out how to delete and archive a jirra ticket.

Are you able to provide any instructions on how to do this?

Thank you

Hi Maria,

You say this is the most unfriendly application and refer to the "How to find your SEN"-article, while asking a completely different question.

It makes more sense to in a structured and constructive way ask for help than just complaining about random things. The article you are linking to is relatively well-written and contains the information needed to find my SEN.

As for your other question, you can delete an issue by clicking "More" -> "Delete" provided that Your JIRA Administrator has allowed you to do so in the permission scheme applied to the project.

Archiving can be done by creating a project that no-one has rights to, and simply move them. Once you are happy you never want to see these issues, you can simply delete the project.

Regards

Jonas
