I am trying to create a report in Jira dashboard through JQL so, that we'd some condifitons to set in SLA's.
Can you please help us to add the conditions True creation date in Start counting time when...under Service level agreements or in simple way how to add new conditions?
Attached image for your reference so, you will get the better idea what we are trying to accomplish here.
Best Regards,
Nilesh Shah
Hi @nilesh_shah
You can only re-use existing conditions like issue created, issue transitioned, etc. Do you want to you add your own conditions with jqls or some other triggers that are not defined by jsm?
Can you share a specific example?
I want to create our own conditions such as True creation date which is not exit in SLA conditions so, the thing is instead of issue created it will make the True creation date
