so - my server is situated in USA, my team are based in UK.
team have all set profile to correct UK time zone however - issue is some updates on a ticket use the system time (USA) yet updates added by team us local (UK)time.
we end up with a comments trails that suggests: eg:
ticket created on Tuesday at 16:30 (system time used)
ticket picked up by team member on Tuesday at 09:00 (user profile time)
so - a status change seems to like the system time, a change made by team uses user time - which makes the comments trial look most odd as we haven't invented time travel yet!
can I tell JIRA to always use the same time zone? no matter who makes the change?
