1) You can try to configure the Activity Streams gadget. There is a filter for comments added there. You can find more here:
2) Check out the Issue History for Jira app. You can look back for ticket history in table format and find comments added by you. Just choose the necessary filter ( project, assignee, sprint, etc.), updated by (you or any other user), and add the issue field (comments or any other) to the grid columns.
