We have 2 Jira server instances
- If I create a board on the one instance the board administatrator is added automatically while creating
- On the other instance the field with the board administrator stays empty and I need to understand why. I checked the global permissions ( create shared objects and browse user) but I couldn't find a difference.
Hi @Anita Hütter ,
on both instance you have the same rights and for the scope of tickets?

I opened by accident a second question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/While-creating-a-board-the-board-administrator-is-not-added-by/qaq-p/1675561#U1680000
So this can be closed
