conditional automation rule impacting what comments are added to ticket

We have an automation rule that when a ticket is closed (A) and has data in field "target release" - the linked ticket (B) on another specific board also closes and the "target release" data is copied to ticket B. 

The complication is:  In ticket A- if there is a comment in field "release note" and data in field "target release"- then we want add comment to external customer "ticket has been closed and released on (add data from "release date" field) and then if data in release note field add "release note": and then bring in data from ticket A of what was in release note field

 

If there is nothing in "release note" and there is data in "release date" field in ticket A- then add comment to external customer "ticket has been closed and released on (add data from "release date" field)
