can we keep customers away from sharing requests either in their organization or project?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Managing access to your service desk

We need to disable the "sharing" field in which the customer has the chance to share the requests they are raising with the customers in the same organization, or make a private request. Or at least set the field to "Private request" by default. Thanks.
