Workflow Screen will not Save

Hello

I have created a Workflow, and via edit Transition loaded a Screen (View and comment Screen).

History tab shows the workflow is working, but the Screen isn’t appending the data fields to the issue.

Looking at the Workflow post-function ‘add comment to an issue if one is entered during transaction’ doesn’t seem to be working.

Guidance would be welcomed.

When you say print screen of the setup, are you talking screen or workflow?
