In my (3.13) JIRA project I have the message "Note: The 'Project Information' panel is not available." What is this? What does it look like? Is there some documentation in JIRA about this; I've looked but can't find any?

Thanks!

It's a simple summary of the project.

It gets hidden if there is no information for it to display. From memory, I suspect you've hidden "components" and "affects versions" in the field configuration for that project. Try enabling them (temporarily) and see if the panel re-appears.
