Hello,
My company is phasing out Smartsheet. My team currently uses Smartsheet to track projects. I know we can do better using Jira to track our projects, but we also need to have a Dashboard on which we can quickly show our customers where we are with each project. Below is a snip of what our Smartsheet project dashboard looks like....am I able to display our project information in a similar way using Jira dashboards?
@Victoria Vlad I just wrote this guide on how to connect Smartsheet and Jira with the Two-Way Sync app on the Atlassian marketplace. If you're curious, you can use it to migrate from Smartsheet to Jira quickly and effectively, or keep both tools active if some members of your team don't want to switch (in which case you could just reduce the number of licenses in one or the other).
It's an integration platform that's very easy to use. You set up a flow in 4 steps (it takes me around 10 minutes) and once it's active, any time you create a row in Smartsheet, a Jira task or issue is automatically generated with data linked to Smartsheet. The same is true in reverse (if you want) - newly created tasks or issues can generate new rows in Smartsheet.
Then, manual changes on either end can automatically update the other app in real-time.

Hello 👋
If the projects (referring to the column in the sheet) could be managed within one jira project by the use of epics (and all the other jira features), such a view could be easily achieved by the use of a simple filter gadget on a jira dashboard. Only thing I'm unsure about is the "RAG" column because I don't know what it means.

Thanks @Michael Wohlgemuth _Wolge_ I will try what you suggested. The "RAG" column is our internal way of knowing where a project stands Red, Amber or Green. We wouldn't need these if we moved things to Jira
