User Management

Hi all,

My user are in the following groups:

• administrators 
• jira-administrators 

I do not see any option to manage the Jira users.  If I go to Settings -> Applications -> Applications Access, I can see a screen with a link to users for a few seconds before getting  message saying "Access Denied"

Do I need to be in some additional group?

Yes, you need to be a member of the 'site-administrators' group (or site-admins, not sure at this moment of the exact literal).

You were right, my userwss added to site-admin group and I can manage the users now.
