Time tracking in epic does not consider time spent on completed/done subtasks

I went to an 'in progress' epic to check the total time spent so far. Time tracking: "no time logged", and the "Include subtasks" box is checked.

Currently, two of my three issues in this epic are status:Completed, resolution:Done. Of those two, one of them I entered the time spent when I was marking the resolution. So I didn't use the "log time" function, just filled in the time spent when I was closing it out. 

What might be preventing the epic from showing the time spent on subordinate issues? The time I entered was 20m, is there a hidden rule that an epic needs to round to the nearest hour?
