Support desk projects

Hello Community,

Is it possible to create 2 or 3 differents projects and align them under the same Support Desk umbrella? Like Support Desk project with sub-projects.

In my company, we want to have a support desk for the different projects that we are running but also have the possibility to regroup all the different projects at a higher level for an overview of the all support desk.

The tree structure would basically be as follow:

Support Desk

---------------Project 1

---------------Project 2

Service desk functions are layered on top of projects on a 1:1 basis - each SD project gives you a portal, and each portal has one project behind it.
