Is it possible to create 2 or 3 differents projects and align them under the same Support Desk umbrella? Like Support Desk project with sub-projects.
In my company, we want to have a support desk for the different projects that we are running but also have the possibility to regroup all the different projects at a higher level for an overview of the all support desk.
The tree structure would basically be as follow:
