Subtasks, Sub-tasks, and Sub Tasks??

Gabriela Kova December 15, 2019

We have a few "subtask" categories in our system: Sub Task, Subtask, and Sub-task.

Does anyone know how I can combine all of the JIRA tickets under these categories into one "subtask" category. It becomes confusing when using the query to remember to type in all subtask categories.

Thanks

Yes, but then take workflows into consideration. Are all subtask types on the same workflow? Move them to a new subtask with the same workflow so that there wouldn't be problem with statuses.

Here's info on how to move issues

You basically have to "move" them but don't change the target proejct

Move all issues Sub Task, Subtask, and Sub-task to subtask, then delete the Sub Task and Sub-task issue type after removing them from sceme.
