After upgrading to jira 8.5 jira notifications are not coming in time, notification is late, 10 - 15 minutes sometimes.
We use our SMTP server could that be the issue?
Mails are stuck in mail queue sometimes
Incoming mail works just fine.
Did anyone experience similar issues?
I checked the logs in Jira it says the mail is sent, but it takes time that is receive it to mail.

The problem was Batching email notifications, aldo I disabled them right after the upgrade, but upgraded service desk after that, always check twice :D
