Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.
Hi Jenny,
Site-admins will receive a license for all products where the group site-admin was included.
Please, go to Site administration > Product access and on Jira Service Desk click on ... right beside site-admins group and click Remove group.
Now, new site-admins won't receive access to JSD.
