We do have an SD portal and a form for one of the request type. Within the form, we have a drop-down field named X and field description is known as "Field Help" in service desk where we add custom text to let users know the usage of the filed.
Now we have that help text in multiple lines and it looks ugly, is there a way to customize it and make it look good. plz look at the image attached.
