Receiving an Error 503 message when on Microsoft Teams trying to access JIRA. What is the issue?

I have two teams chat with two separate JIRA projects. For some reason, when I am in my Microsoft Teams app on my phone, desktop, etc., I cannot access my JIRAs. I am receiving an Error 503 message and cannot access. Also, when I go to the JIRA website online, and go to my projects, my JIRAs are no longer there either.

 

What seems to be the issue?
