Questions about submitting forms

Hi team,

I'm creating a new Jira board for the internal users to submit information.

There is a form that requires only one submission. That means if user A already fills in the form, user B or other users don't need to fill in again.

Is there any customisation that we can let other users know once it is filled, they don't have to submit the information again?

Hi @sophie.jim,

In the form settings you should be able to specify to lock the form once submitted:

 

You can access these settings through Project settings > Forms. Locate the form you want to adjust from the list of forms and click Edit from the ... button next to it. The above screenshot is from the Settings tab there.
