We've been having a problem for a few days. Until now in all our projects it was possible for all users (thanks to the rules set in the permissions section) to change the ticket assignee. Currently for a couple of days this operation is no longer feasible unless I authorize users to modify the ticket. How can I solve the problem?

To assign a person you have to get the permission "Assign Issues" and "Edit Issues" and the wanted assignee need to get the permission "Assignable User", is it the case ?

No, the user should only be able to edit the assignee, not the entire ticket.
The user is currently within the "Assignable User" permission and within the "Assign User" permission

exactly as you can see the problem is the same but I need to solve it urgently as I cannot give members the possibility to modify the ticket as it could generate loss of information and this condition is causing us considerable inconvenience. unfortunately if it remains in this condition I will really be forced to change the ticketing system.
