I have a user who is a JIRA Service Desk customer, and also has a license for JIRA Core.
I want to prevent that user from creating issues in the JIRA Service Desk project using the JIRA Create button, and force them to create service desk requests through the portal.
Is this possible?
It seems that because the user is a member of the Service Desk Customer role they have the rights to create issues and there is no way to avoid that.
