We have currently a Service Desk licence, but now we are assesing if this is the best solution for our set up.
We need differente groups that receive different tickets.
For example ticket 1 is submitted to group 1, once ticket 1 is finished we need to create ticket 1.1 for group 2.
Ticket 1 and ticket 1.1 are linked, but ticket 1 should be solved and ticket 1.1 in progress.
Is JSD appropiate for this kind of process?

Hi agustina, yes you can do this on Service Desk, the easy way to do this is changing the workflow and screen schemes, to better adapt it to your company and team necessity.
