When I'm adding a user under the Customer section, I've received a pop-up saying that a mail is being sent to the newly added customer but in real, the mail has never been received.
Any help?

Is this happening for more than 1 single user?.
IF not it can be that that user is on the grey list of Jira. You will have to raise a ticket with support for them to review the gray list and start sending notification to that email again. You may also let me know if other notification are being received by the user in question.
