My users are getting no emails currently... why and how to fix? - also signed up for google apps integration but see no setup options for g-apps. Does email server need to be configured for on-demand? Very hard to figure any of this from the docs/faqs.

Basically you enable OnDemand from within Google Apps and this generates a support ticket with Atlassian for them to coordinate with you.
