I have 7/10 users in my Jira Software account and every time I try to invite someone new I have an error message saying I have reached the limit, which makes no sense with the current 7/10 in my free plan.

I'm wondering if this is considering maybe the users my organization has in Trello since it is also from Atlassian. But in my Atlassian Admin account, I can only see the 7 we have in Jira...

Thank you for the support.

Hi @Jaime ,

I notice you also have JSM which has a 3user limit on a Free plan.

Do you maybe have the default access enabled so that it puts a user immediately in JSM? Or do you really see it is regarding your JSW product? I feel like the message might be regarding JSM instead of JSW.

Hi Dirk,

I just figure out the problem myself. While creating the new user, I was selecting "Trusted" instead of Basic which I guess was tempting to grant this new user access to other services, so probably JSM was complaining instead of JSW. Thank you for your comment, it pointed to the right direction.

Best regards
