Hey Team,
I'm facing a issue to with my Jira client service setup on a reverse proxy. Only by using a reverse proxy, I'm encountering issue, else its working fine on its original domain, Could anyone lend a help with this? Your assistance would be highly valued!
Warm Regards,

Basically you can't use Jira Cloud behind a reverse proxy.
Dear @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked-
Thanks for update but have you read these updates and articles and do you know about it?
1. https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/add-a-custom-domain/
2. https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud?selectedProduct=&search=custom%20domains
And basically this is our url and we want to bring it behind a reverse proxy or add a custom support domain which could redirect to it. https://ivolve.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5
we want the above URL to be hosted at support.ivolve.io

Custom domains do not work with proxies. You need to change your DNS records as instructed by Atlassian. Once the DNS records have propagated, you can use Jira with your custom domain.

Yes @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked-
I do understand that we'll have no need to use reverse proxy, i'm just asking would it be possible in our case as we are using Jira on Cloud and it would be done easily? like after changing the whole big link https://ivolve.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5 to a customized domain of support.ivolve.io

A proxy won't work. I think the main reason is the TLS termination and the communication with multiple Atlassian domains.
