Jira cloud with MS Teams notifications not working

I have configured Teams notification using webhooks. However, I dont see any notifications coming into my channel, while I see all updates in the JIRA tab. This was working till last week, but without any disturbance from our side, this seems to be not working now.

Can you please help me identifying the issue and how to sort this out.

we are also facing this issue! We're on Jira DC (commercial) 8.7.1

Also made no changes to Jira or Teams and they all of a sudden just stopped working

From 18.01 we noticed the same problems.

Anyone found a solution to this yet? I've tried checking the XML file, bouncing Jira, re-creating the Web Hook. Still doesn't work

In this post, an Atlasian member responds that it is a Microsoft issue and they are trying to solve it together: 

The webhooks being sent out from Jira are basically encountering a 400 Error.
