Jira box MailHandler error with not appear comments

Hello ,
I have little problem with Jira . My mailhandler is configured like that below :
when i send mail to test@jira.com and in subject is issue key like JIRA-123 .
Then should create internal comment in this issue JIRA-123 but sometimes my tech_account write comment with null value . Did u have the same problem?
