JIRA Service Desk Customers - Can they change a requests priority?

Are JSD Customers able to change the priority of a request after it's been submitted?

Hi Pakorn,

in plugin Actions for JIRA Service Desk there is option to add transition to customer portal with transition screen and you can also use global transition to allow editing issue for customers. You can add only priority to screen. Here you can find instruction how to do it: https://intenso.atlassian.net/wiki/display/SPFJSD/Edit+issue+in+Customer+Portal or you can change priority on transition screen. I am not a fan that the add-on has fairly steep pricing, though this is definitely the way to do it.
