In Servicenow to JIRA integration ,
the requirement is to have servicenow incident number mapped into JIRA description as a hyper link.
Please assist in case anyone has came across such requirement.

The app will let you integrate Jira and ServiceNow, with custom fields, attachments, comments, and statuses :) The app can be deployed as SaaS or on-premise. And you can try it out for free.

I haven't seen such requirement but it is something that is discussed from time to time here on community. You would have to interact with Service Now through some kind of REST API calls, if possible - for more complex scenarios coding would be required.
