JIRA Cloud comments notified twice in Slack

Hello,

Since Friday 5th, we noticed on Slack, that all comments added to JIRA tickets are now notified twice using JIRA cloud. 

This is happening for us across several channels that are using JIRA Cloud.

Has anyone else experienced this and have a fix? Or can we get in touch with JIRA to notify of this bug? (PS: if someone edits a comment, the notification only comes once, so it seems something to do with adding new comments)

Hello Negar,

Indeed there is a problem where notifications from comments are triggering two messages on Slack.

There is an opened bug report to address this problem, as you can see here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-68452
