Since Friday 5th, we noticed on Slack, that all comments added to JIRA tickets are now notified twice using JIRA cloud.
This is happening for us across several channels that are using JIRA Cloud.
Has anyone else experienced this and have a fix? Or can we get in touch with JIRA to notify of this bug? (PS: if someone edits a comment, the notification only comes once, so it seems something to do with adding new comments)
solution provided by @Monica Moreno i went to the slack channel (where I added the jira bot twice), used the `/jira manage` command, it gave me a message with a link to manage the channel, which took me to page in the atlassian.com domain where I found the dup entries. so I deleted one and problem was solved.
