As a Jira administrator, our process requirement is below:
Jira user change an issue type for automatically workflow transition, then following process step's If E.g "New to In Progress " New Status is " Issue Type is Bug" i drag the ticket In progress Status automatically changed the "issue type is Task or Something Else" is possible?

This is a broken requirement really.
Issue types should change rarely, when you realise there's a mistake, or an over/under-estimate. They should never be part of a process.
Changing issue type in Jira is not a simple process, you have to go through a series of checks to make sure it is not going to break anything, and then change a whole load of structural stuff underneath it.
