APP is a classic software project
SUPPORT is a Service desk Project.
We link common tickets as part of SUPPORT project to a single ticket in APP ticket.
Can you please let us know if there is an option to create a chart or a table similar to a pivot table where in it gives a statistic of number of SUPPORT tickets linked with the APP ticket.
Seems like the field “Links” is not a indexed field.
We would need a chart like below:
||APP Ticket|| Count of Support Tickets||
|APP-10000 | 4 |
|APP-10001| 3|
And when we click on 4 or 3 , it needs to give us the list of Support tickets.
