Is there a way I can share epics across different project boards but not components?

Looking to see if there is a way to share only pieces of certain boards across various projects vs. sharing all aspects.

I want my epics to coincide with different boards but I would like for each board to have its own components and labels.

Thanks in advance

This should be possible.

If we take The Beatles as a project and John, Paul, George and Ringo as separate components then it's straightforward to create 4 different Jira boards within the same project.

John's board filter (in Board Settings > General) would be the following:

project = BEATLES AND component = John ORDER BY Rank ASC

For Paul:

project = BEATLES AND component = Paul ORDER BY Rank ASC

and so on.

To allow the epics to be visible across all 4 boards, all you need to do is add all 4 components to each epic.

Hope this helps.
