We are trying to make our Service Desk more up to date and unique looking, but on our instance of Jira we have multiple projects for different teams.
Changing the look and feel for our customer portal will change it for the while instance or just our project?

@Stefan Saikaly , you can definitely customize your customer portals such as name, welcome message, logo and announcement. However, the banner, links, and button colours are all inherited from the help center. You can learn more at
