I want to set start date automatically when ticket moved to in progress

Hi,

I ve seen similar topics in community however I couldn't fix the issue event I read and apply these suggetions.

Reference: issue 1 and issue 2

So, I ve created a rule but it doesn't work. I ve checked the rule detail and also checked atlassion-addons-project-access as mentioned in issue 1 and issue 2.

How can I solve it?

Are you able to share a screenshot of what you're seeing in the Audit Log for this rule, to confirm whether the trigger is working as expected?

Thank you for your answer. Here is audit log shows "success" status for rule.

I have shared screen shot for audit logs which seems as in "success" status. Do you have any idea what this issue is about?

Hi @Burak Serkan Sertbarut - can you clarify what you mean by the rule not working? Is the value of "Actual start" not being updated at all, or being updated to an incorrect value?

"Actual start" value is not updated when rule triggered.
