How to insert the Jira service desk's URL on automation message.

Hi! I'd like to to put the URL of the relevant ticket in the automation message.
Since this message is for customers, I would be happy to insert the Jira service desk's URL.
Please tell me how to do it.

Currently I've set like that but i don't think it can jump to JIRA service desk.

Hi,

Brant is correct, the syntax is {{issue.url.customer}}.  However, I believe that it is currently not working for NextGen Service Management Projects.  We are tracking that issue here: AUT-2084

According to the documentation you have is correct.  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/smart-values-general/

{{issue.url}}

The URL to access the issue. Also provides the customer portal URL for Jira Service Management requests.

Available properties:

  • {{issue.url}} - Returns the URL of the issue.
  • {{issue.url.customer}} - Returns the customer portal URL (for Jira Service Management requests)

What is the property to use for a script in script runner? Or Automation Rule - to trigger a custom script for the "Customer URL"?
