How to fix Jira Issue Collector not being displayed properly?

 We have an Issue Collector iFrame inserted into our application, through an script containing the Collector and using also ATL_JQ_PAGE_PROPS as described in Jira's website.

As you can see in the following picture, sometimes when we open it, it does not display properly (the email field should be at the bottom).

Has any of you have the same problem? Do you have some ideas to solve it?

We encounter the similar loading / rendering issue as well, thought it shows up from time to time. Have you got a way to fix it?

as you noted this is occurring sometimes but not others it would indicate that there is something occurring on the failed attempts to load the collector causing the failure, and it will require some trial and error tests to narrow down what is triggering the error.

Primarily check out the page "Generating HAR files and analyzing web requests"  and you will want to Generate a HAR file for an unaffected page and an affected page to compare the results.

Also, check the list of Indispensable tests in this KB for so things to check to see if any action can reliably reproduce the load error:
